This property was great and exceeded our expectations. Far enough to be away from the busy streets of Sayulita, but close enough to walk into town, we loved it here. If I can give this complex a rating of ZERO stars, I would! Roaches everywhere, residents are greedy by parking in visitors parking, management is horrible. I had a bird fly into my window, I contacted management and they made me put a deposit down and never came and fixed it. Gates are always open, there's been robberies, and trash is everywhere . Cannot wait for my lease to be up, new management is needed. If you enjoy walking, you’ll enjoy renting in this area!
